Pattern Institute’s first paper

Publication in ICES Journal of Marine Science

Today, the first original research paper from a Pattern Institute researcher is published in ICES Journal of Marine Science. Ramiro Magno collaborated with researchers from CCMAR, having developed the open source R package {fishy} to implement an efficient data processing pipeline to leverage the study data analysis: quantification of the fishing GPS-tracked effort of fishing fleets.
