Matches any directory containing a .here file. This is the escape hatch for
cases where automatic detection fails or is ambiguous. Drop an empty .here
file at your project root to force detection. Consistent with the Python
pyprojroot, pyprojroot2 and pyhere packages, which use the
same sentinel.
